The News Homework Project

The News homework project -

Task 3:

A news Agency is an organisation that find news and reports and sells them to subscribing news organisations. However, a News Agency could also be seen as a news service They supply news for companies such as The Sun or Daily Star so they can publish their news everyday.

Task 4:

I believe that the Media has been more bias towards other politicians and made him come across as more of a bad thing for our country. However, in the newspaper industry, it is common knowledge thay different papers support different political parties and views. This means that while some papers are likely to speak negative of Jeremy Corbyn, there will also be papers to speak highly of him too. To support this, you could look at two opposing papers (left/right wing) and see how the both speak about him. Chances are the two papers will talk about something similar, if not the same, however what they say will be drastically different.

Homework Project 4 - Task 1

I believe that creativity is thinking outside the box, using unusual techniques to complete your task or breaking out of conventional ways.

Officially, creativity is:
"the use of imagination or original ideas to create something; inventiveness."

I think that both definitions capture the idea of "original ideas" however, the official definition focuses on creating things rather then finding ways of how to do things.

i believe that my definition is better as it could be seen as being creative in making something (A physical thing) or just an idea, or a way of how something can be done (Something in someones mind)

Homework Project 1 - Task 6

Task 6

I believe that the argument "Social Networks don't bring us closer together as we now talk through computers rather then to each other" is ridiculous as the advancements in technology and communication allow us to speak to long lost friends, relatives and even talk to people at the other side of the planet that we've never met before

People may think that because they can't speak face to face it may be rude or disrespectful, i disagree with this as there are many times were people can't see each other and would have no other means of talking.

I think that most people would, now, think the statement is completely wrong. the
